- Bio:-Pankaj Pandey is a Jharkhand-based youth leader working on unemployment, youth policy and democratic participation. His work has been covered extensively in print and digital media, especially around the yuva ko pucho initiative, which focuses on involving youth in policy decision. With an academic background in Political Science, he began his public life through Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), where he was actively involved in student rights and educational reform movements.
